PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT CONSULTING

Dan is an Industrial Engineer with more than 20 years experience assisting organisations improve their productivity, and a further 9 years as Managing Director of a small business.  Having worked in manufacturing, mining, transport and service industries, Dan comes highly recommended for strategic planning, product and process design.

Systems Design for day-to-day order management processes, asset management, pilot a ‘Change Program’, through to implementing a ‘Working environment from a systems point of view’, are just a few of the areas Dan specialises in.

Additionally, Dan helps small businesses to greatly improve financial reporting through Lean Thinking & Lean Action Learning program(s), robust workplace and equipment management strategies – systems development and implementation.
